Pen Game Songwriting Master Class will be held Sunday December 6th at SoundProof Recording Studios.
Class will be hosted by Roc Nation's songwriter Chase J!!!
Recording artist Tiffany Evans will discuus the relase of her EP and task writers with writing a record fit for her project. Writers will be broken into group and Tiffnay will learn and record each record for critique.
Pen Game will create an interactive and intenstive learning experience for upcoming songwriters that will teach them the tools to take their music to the next level, and aspiring songwriters the ability to use their instrument to create their own original music. In addition, the class will go in deepth on topics about the business of music; PROS, split sheets, publishing, management, and more!
The master class that will break down the steps to writing a great record which including, but not limited to
* Selecting A Track
* Concept
* Melody
* Lyrics
* Vocal Production
Songwriters and the business of music
Small Group/Interactive Session
After the teaching portion, the class will then be broken up into small groups, where they will pick an original beat to write as well as record a song to. Chase will critique each record.
Each Class Member will also be given a course ciriculum as well as an information packet with helpful tips including need to know resources in the Music Industry, and an exclusive Who's Looking List!
We will also have a message from a major label A&R!
Light lunch will also be served during the Q&A portion.
