Booking Policy
All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, with payment due in full at the time of booking. All booked sessions are confirmed via email.
Facility access is restricted exclusively to subscribers including any guests attending studio sessions.
Cancellation Policy
All payments for studio time are non-refundable.
Sessions canceled at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled to a future date without penalty.
Sessions canceled within 48 hours of their official start time will be billed for 50% of the time booked, with the balance credited toward a future booking.
Sessions are billed from the officially booked start time, not from the time of the client's arrival.
Unused time cannot be carried over into another session.
