BandmanJavii (whose real name is Jamal Hewitt) was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Florida in 2016. He grew up listening to Chief Keef, Waka Flocka Flame, Young Boy NBA, Young Thug, Boosie Badazz and Kendrick Lamar, and started making his own music in 2017. After getting his first computer, Javii experimented by freestyling on top of different beats he found online. As 2020 started he drops his first single of the year “Denny’s Freestyle” he plans to apply pressure for the whole year of 2020.
