The Justice Department is suing San Diego ticket broker REPS & Company and three of its executives under the BOTS Act. The suit alleges REPS spent $1.3 billion on 18.5 million tickets across more than 83,000 events and made at least $120.8 million reselling them, including 7,624 seats to a single Beyoncé Renaissance show. These are allegations for now, but a win would mean more face-value tickets reach the fans you're working to build.
