Spotify brings personal accounts to United Airlines seatback screens

Spotify and United Airlines now let passengers sign into their own Spotify accounts on seatback screens by scanning a QR code on Starlink-equipped planes. Fliers get their Home feed, saved playlists, AI DJ, podcasts, audiobooks and music videos, and are logged out automatically when the flight ends; the feature expands to more aircraft through 2027. For artists, every new screen where fans can press play on their own library is one more place a song can find its listener.
