For the last seven years the MBE Conference has served as a vessel pouring knowledge from one generation to the next. Creating a unique environment for aspiring professionals to truly connect and learn from industry veterans, the conference has helped launch the careers of many artists and professionals alike.

Pivoting to a Virtual Conference in 2020 due to COVID, the MBE Conference still drew in more than 1,000 participants. Now returning in person for 2021, The MBE Conference looks forward to providing attendees with honest discussions about the culture, insight into the business, and opportunities to make high level industry connections.
