Got a good ear for music? Join the A&R Team to participate in weekly listening sessions and help decide which talent we spotlight.
You'll register on our partner listening-session app, sit in on sessions, and rate the records that come through. This is a real seat on the deciding side of the table — the artists Makin' It Magazine spotlights get picked in these sessions, and your ratings help make the call.
This isn't a popularity contest. It's not about politics or who has the biggest following. This is 100% about who has the best ear for music.
