Pensacola hip hop artist JSapp MadStak definitely has a draw. The “All Eyez On Me” rapper was crowned headliner for the Sept. 27th edition “We The Culture” concert series in Atlanta by hauling in over $1200 gross ticket sales. Respectfully, this accounted for more than a third of the event’s total ticket sales topping $4,000+.
