Lazaro Cesar Jr., known by his stage name Cease, is an American rapper and songwriter born in Miami, Florida and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. Cease gained recognition as a student at Howard University and since then has released various singles including his strong EP projects "Sin City" in 2019 and "LoverBoy" in 2020.
