Mac Diggy began rapping at just six years old after his parents divorced and his mother moved the family from Indiana to Brooklyn, New York. Inspired by his older cousin War Bixby of the rap group Speedknots, he learned the fundamentals of rhyme, rhythm, and storytelling at an early age.
